Site Expert for Primavera, Project Scheduling, Suretrack, and SAP; for Projects & Construction.
Developed the site training program for scheduling and have implemented two advanced scheduling seminars this year.
Team Leader for development of site estimating program for Alliance Contractor, (included), specification, testing, and training development).

Developed a software structure utilizing NT 4.0 pushdown technology and Office 97, to reduce paper copies of procedures, list and other useful SAP information.
Developed protocol for conversion of 600 Capital Projects from CHAMPS to SAP/R3.

Designed process improvements to permit a 160TID unit to operate at 250TID; reduced maintenance and operating costs from $1,200M over budget to $275M under budget; eliminated a severe corrosion problem; improved on stream time from 93.6% factor to a 97.3% factor.

Managed and scheduled hundreds of turnarounds while maintaining production goals until major plant upgrades improved on stream time.

Production Engineer (06/77 - 06/78)

Three facilities: Perc-EDC, Utilities, and Pollution Control.

Directly responsible for startup and compliance to NPDES permit restrictions of a $4.5MM pollution control project.

Made process revisions to allow Muriatic Acid Plant to improve production from 120TID to 2l0TID.

Process Engineer (09/76 - 06/77)

Designed a $150M pollution abatement system; modified a boiler feed system for waste gas consumption, and designed a $16,000/yr. energy savings system.
